For some this is just a day off from work or school, but I think for most it truly is a day of remembrance and thankfulness. I’m sure that most of us have friends or family who have served or are presently serving in the military. My father, uncles, and father-in-law fought in World War II. My brother-in-law was in the Air Force in Vietnam. My cousins’ son and grandsons serve today at home and overseas.
To each and everyone of them we owe a debt of gratitude and remembrance, for without their willingness to serve what would our lives be.
THANK YOU to each and everyone of you-not just family and friends but to all who have made this sacrifice.
